Mark lost 10 pounds this weekend sweating in the ceilaing crawl space upstairs. He installed a ceiling fan in the guest room and the gable fan as well. Both make a HUGE difference in the comfort level upstairs. Next weekend he is going to put in a ceiling fan in the office.
We have decided that we hate carpet. It will take some time but by this time next year there will be no carpet in my house. We are going to do fake hardwood stuff like the pergo. Then we will use nice area rugs where we want them.
Soon we will start swapping the guest room and the office. First we will paint the current guest room.
In October we refinance the house. Before the appraiser comes we will be making some improvements. It will be quite a bit of work but it will pay off in the end.
