I have my first 1 on 1 today with my Supervisor. I have been doing pretty well and it seems I am harder on myself than they are. Should be a pleasant experience. I have lots of room for improvement so we will have much to discuss I am sure.

Today the phones have been a bit easier. I am a little less lost than the day before. Still exhausting though. It will be nice once I get a good flow going.
