I did not write this. I have been trying for days to write this. Then the person who wrote this and it says what I think. The government has no business sticking their noses in this.

Terri Schiavo.  If you are too blind to see how this "event" is
dumbing down our laws and government, you live in some fantasy world
I have yet to visit.  It's dumbing me down.  I feel the need to
continue commenting on it simply because the whole fucking country
has lost its collective mind.

Her husband has been convicted of NOTHING.  No abuse, nothing.  So
all you people who have this in-depth knowledge of Michael Schiavo's
and the Schindler's brain wave functions can shut your yaps.  All
you assholes on TV, the radio and the Internet can piss up a rope.
Why would the Schindler's allow Michael Schiavo to live with them
until May of 1992 (Terri's heart attack was in Feb of 1990) if they
thought he had been an abusive husband?  Hmmmmm.  Go read this

"Dr." Bill Frist in the Senate.  What a fucking idiot.  First he
can't bring himself to say AIDS isn't spread through tears or sweat
and now, using his AMAZING medical knowledge, was able to simply
view a few home videos of Terri "reacting" to her parents and
concluded she did not suffer from a persistent vegetative state.
His words, not mine.  I watched it on TV the other night.  He's not
even worth commenting on further.  The stupidity is stifling.

George W. Bush.  How ODD that he's sticking his big vacationing toe
into this.  What the truly odd part is, if you lived in TX, you
probably know of a bill he signed into law (as governor) in 1999.
This law, the Advance Directives Act, allows "a patient's surrogate
to make life-ending decisions on his or her behalf.  The measure
also allows Texas hospitals to disconnect patients from life-
sustaining systems if a physician, in consultation with a hospital
bioethics committee, concludes that the patient's condition is
hopeless."  How truly odd?!?  Hmmmmm.  The doctor's and courts have
ruled in the Schiavo case that she will not recover (her cerebral
cortex is pretty much GONE) from her injuries, yet good ole Georgie
Boy knows what's right for everyone again.  Not to mention he's a
big fucking hypocrite.  Like we didn't know that already.

Please spare me the fighting to protect the sanctity of life and all
that other horseshit.  This a political pro-life rally hidden poorly
behind fighting for this woman's parents cause.  I say her parents
cause because a judge in Florida (Judge Greer) in 2000 already was
shown "clear and convincing evidence showing Terri would chose not
to receive life-prolonging medical care under her current
