So we are doing it. We are buying a house. We signed stuff to get pre-approved with our mortgage broker Friday. Will have the approval Monday. We did some house searching on our own Saturday. Sunday we met with our realtor and then spent the rest of the day looking at houses.

You would be amazed at the pieces of shit they are trying to get $600,000 dollars for. That's right, SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND dollars.

I hope we find the right house soon. I do not want to do this for long. It is very exciting. It also sucks. House hunting is not all that fun.
