The word of the day is PAIN.  It didn't hurt this much when I injured it.  I am in quite a bit of pain.  Perfectly tolerable for the first couple of hours.  After that it becomes intolerable.  Vicodin is worthless.  It is not even making me drowsy.

Chatting with someone seems to help though.  The distraction eases the pain some.
